UID Wedge Software for 2D Scanners

Built from A2B's market leading IUID data management software, UID Comply!® Wedge software utility enables the scanning of any 2D Data Matrix IUID into any application field. UID Comply!® Wedge reads the IUID and decodes into human readable elements. Once decoded, the elements are placed within the target application in the fields desired. The decoding also ensures a valid IUID according to MIL STD 130 standards. After testing for proper syntax, the output will either be the desired elements or a message that indicates how the IUID was encoded incorrectly. The elements that can be extracted from the UID include the UII, Enterprise Identifier, Part Number, Serial Number, Batch/Lot number and Issuing Agency Code.

UID Comply!® Wedge works with both desktop connected 2D scanners and imagers as well as popular mobile computer devices.
