Dan DaSilva - Customer Support Specialist

Dan comes to us from Self Service Networks, where he handled both software and hardware support. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University Dan majored in technology management. Dan enjoys working with our users in support of IUID.

In his spare time Dan can be found playing, coaching and referring soccer.

Bobby Peckham - Customer Support Specialist

When you call A2B for support, chances are you’ll meet Bobby Peckham, our newest customer support specialist. Bobby, who holds A+ COMPTIA Certification, comes to us with several years of IT data center problem solving and also as a consultant specializing in Internet and office support for small businesses.  He is also finishing a degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. As you get to know him you will see that Bobby is not only personable, but a man of many interests including surfing and snowboarding. Be sure to ask him about his sea-foam green 1966 Volkswagen bus.
