Training

When you purchase a UID Comply!® total solution, one of our product specialists will be assigned to complete installation at your facility, including training of your personnel and coordination with vendors involved in the project. Our specialist will ensure that all technical requirements have been met, all components are working properly and the members of your team are confident with every detail. New features, refresher and new personnel training are covered in the support contract.

Training formats and materials vary based upon your needs, from on-site, training via remote access, or webinars A2B will customize to your specifications. For the majority of our installs, hands-on training is necessary, while for others a classroom type of environment will best meet requirements. Most situations employ a combination of group and hands-on equipment training. A2B can accommodate any training scenario required.

Software Integration

UID Comply! software integration is utilized in two scenarios. First, there is integration with the numerous hardware devices that enable UID and RFID actions. Second A2B offers integration to legacy systems such as ERP or MRP for seamless data management where UID or RFID is utilized in business processes.
