A2B Tracking Solutions’ Mouligne Receives National Award

Mouligne receives National Award Portsmouth resident, John Jay Mouligne, Field Operations Manager for A2B Tracking Solutions worldwide Air Force part marking contract, was recently honored with a “Patriotic Employer” award from The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. The award is made in recognition of employer support of National Guard and Army Reserve employees.

Mouligne was nominated for the award by former Specialist Kevin Lacey of the Army National Guard and a certified part marking leader (CPML) at A2B. “I wanted to recognize his willingness to work around my drill schedule,” says Lacey. “He did a great job of making sure I got home for my drills. A lot of employers don’t support their employees who are Reservists and Guardsmen.”

A2B’s Air Force contract calls for UID bar code marking and data cleansing of Air Force assets at 221 bases throughout the world. Mouligne is in charge of managing remote field teams who execute an exact part marking methodology, in coordination with AF personnel, while on a precise schedule. “I am very pleased to have received this award,” says Mouligne. “I take pride in supporting our Reservists and Guardsmen. After all, we work with the military day in and day out, and we are huge supporters of what they do.”

The Air Force part marking contract at A2B is part of the Department of Defense (DoD) unique identification (UID) program that requires DoD’s one billion assets to be uniquely identified within a central registry.
