Client Communications Specialist

Reporting to the Vice President of New Business Development, the Client Communications Specialist will be responsible for the creation of impactful sales, marketing, execute, and corporate communications. The CCS will author well-structured and compelling proposals that meet client needs and be able to take disparate ideas and distill them into simple, and provocative concepts, in addition to creating and managing a knowledge management discipline within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Establish strong creative online print portfolio.
Collaborate with National Account Managers, Operations, and Program Management, to creatively design winning proposals, marketing/merchandising materials and client focused documentation.
Collaborate effectively with others to meet the needs of the client.

Education/Skills/Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Writing, Journalism or equivalent required, concentration in technical/business writing preferred
Proven ability to create impactful, persuasive, and memorable presentations, web content, and documents.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Superior listening, critical thinking, writing, and communication skills.
Background in tracking, supply chain, and/or defense industries preferred.
The ability to work with a high degree of intensity and follow through
Analytical, flexible, and highly organized.
Other duties as assigned.
