A2B Tracking Releases UC! Web™ v1.4 for Web-based UID Compliance

PORTSMOUTH, RI (February 17, 2011) - A2B Tracking Solutions Inc, the leading enterprise software and services provider in support of the US Department of Defense UID (MIL STD 130) program is announcing release of UC! Web™ v1.4. According to Product Manager Jim Daniels, new features to this powerful, web-based UID software were requested by users and include the ability to configure location management to as many levels as desired. “Location hierarchy is completely configurable,” he said. “Users may choose to track assets using a hierarchy of base/building/floor/room/shelf, or some other variation. There is no limit to the number of hierarchical levels.” Another feature enables users to set reporting levels within a hierarchal level, for example box/bin/shelf, within a room.

Another significant feature in v1.4 is the ability to save ad hoc data filters. “This enables users to save and view data sets at any given time,” says Daniels. “Using specific filters is an easy and repeatable way to review data of interest and to perform actions to that data whenever necessary. The result is easier data management and reporting.”

UC! Web v1.4 is ready for deployment and will be demonstrated at the UID Forum in Orlando, Florida on March 1-3. A2B Tracking is exhibiting in booth # 201.
